Prince Ikim, Chairman Akwa Ibom State Environmental Protection And Waste Management Agency Performed the Flag off of the Free Medical Exercise Organized by Nigerian Army, 2 Brigade, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, at Idoro Community, Idoro Road, to mark the Operation Crocodile Smile IV, being an Annual Event For 2019of the body.
